777a Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "777a" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at https://777a.ws, including all sub-pages, game environments, payment systems, promotional programmes, and support channels.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any aspect of the 777a platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by a Player on the 777a platform, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and claims promotions.
• "BDT" or "Taka" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which 777a accounts are denominated and transactions are processed on this platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer, welcome package, reload bonus, free spin conversion, or other incentive, which is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means BDT deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, which is distinct from Bonus Funds and is not subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment, support, and account management services made available by 777a through the Platform.

References to any statute or statutory provision include any modification, re-enactment, or extension of that statute. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777a platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 777a Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 777a platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting the 777a support team at [email protected].

777a reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must close their accounts prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777a in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, understandings, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on the 777a platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. The 777a platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. All accounts must be registered and operated by the named account holder personally.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 777a or its affiliated technology providers, game studios, or payment partners.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

777a reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity, age, and residential address at any stage — including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill issued within the past three months. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

Each Player is entitled to register and maintain only one account on the 777a platform. The detection of duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any outstanding balances being reviewed in line with the anti-fraud provisions set out in Section 8 of these Terms.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 777a account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify the 777a support team immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that your account has been accessed without authorisation, or that any fraudulent activity has occurred in connection with your account. Notification should be made via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

777a will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or two-factor authentication code by any means, including email, live chat, phone call, or social media message. Any such communication purporting to be from 777a and requesting your credentials should be reported immediately and treated as a phishing attempt.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to identity verification and any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary account closure are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

777a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. 777a does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 777a accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 777a reserves the right to process withdrawals to an alternative verified payment method at its discretion, provided that the alternative method belongs to the same registered account holder.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 777a reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification procedures, including but not limited to submission of a valid NID or passport and proof of the payment method used for deposit.

777a processes the majority of withdrawal requests within an average of five (5) minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to three (3) to five (5) business days depending on the issuing bank. These timeframes are estimates and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or for accounts subject to enhanced verification reviews.

Funds deposited into your 777a account must be used for gaming activity. 777a reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or apply additional verification to any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit financial activity. Any such case may be referred to relevant authorities without prior notice.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

777a offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 777a promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only. One bonus claim per promotion, per household, per IP address, and per payment method applies.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms page. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets may contribute a percentage determined by the minimum odds threshold stated in the promotion's terms. Games excluded from bonus wagering will be marked as such in the game lobby.
• All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been fully wagered within the stated expiry window will be forfeited without compensation.
• 777a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of their opt-in, except where the modification is required by law or to prevent abuse.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee winnings regardless of outcome (bonus hedging), using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus multiple times, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Casino Games and Sports Betting

Decisions regarding the settlement of disputed bets rest solely with 777a and are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure described in Section 10.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 777a platform. Violation of any prohibition listed herein may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during the identity verification process.
• Operating more than one player account on the 777a platform, whether under your own identity or using alternative identities.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or assisting any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 777a platform or its payment infrastructure.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform or any third-party game to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of any 777a software, game, or platform component.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or engaging in harassing behaviour toward 777a staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777a platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game thumbnails, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777a or is licensed to 777a by its respective content providers and game studios.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777a platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 777a content without the prior written consent of 777a.

Game content, including game art, audio, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is subject to those studios' own intellectual property protections. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in respect of third-party intellectual property.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other financial or non-financial losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the platform.

777a makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777a will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

In the event that 777a is found liable to a Player for any reason, the total aggregate liability of 777a to that Player shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in the Player's account at the time the claim arose, or ৳10,000 — whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

777a is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in BDT to control spending.

777a reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice if 777a has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform or its other users.

Upon termination of an account by 777a due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 777a reserves the right to forfeit all balances, reverse recent transactions, and share information with relevant financial institutions or law enforcement bodies as required by applicable law.

Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect the Player's liability for any activity conducted on the account prior to the closure date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the 777a platform that cannot be resolved informally through the 777a customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected] for formal review.
